Meet the Team
RHONDA JACKSON is the creative force behind r3 marketing communications. r3 provides three creative solutions for your digital, publishing, marketing and corporate identity projects. In addition to graphic design, r3 marcom provides graphic design software training and hands-on workshops. Rhonda has worked as a graphic designer for 17 years. She has a broad range of graphic design experience from brand identity, marketing materials, magazine and book publishing, CD and new product packaging and digital media. Rhonda also worked as a staff writer during her tenure in magazine publishing.
JANEL DEAR is a Washington, DC based writer and editor. A graduate of the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, with a B.A. in Political Science, her many roles have included that of healthcare lobbyist, policy writer, blogger, researcher, and social media consultant. Her first writing job out of college was for a small local newspaper, where she was the music and entertainment writer. It was this experience that exposed her to the joys of writing. She is an avid film buff who enjoys reading and international travel. Her most recent trip was to Johannesburg, South Africa where she volunteered at an orphanage for children with AIDS. She is currently working on her first novel.
